Kat Zwick worked in higher levels of care - Residential, PHP and IOP - for 7 years and ran and oversaw programming as a Clinical Manager, Clinical Director, and then Executive Clinical Director at treatment centers for nearly 5 years before founding Ride The Wave Recovery.
Kat has a particular history of and knack for starting up new branches, turning around programs and branches that are facing challenges, and increasing overall staff and client satisfaction, leading to greater profitability and staff and consumer retention.
