Kat Zwick worked in higher levels of care - Residential, PHP and IOP - for 7 years and ran and oversaw programming as a Clinical Manager, Clinical Director, and then Executive Clinical Director at treatment centers for nearly 5 years before founding Ride The Wave Recovery.
